A national telecommunications provider required the establishment of a portfolio of projects and programs for a key division. QVC assessed the requirement and designed the new portfolio to align with AXELOS’ Management of Portfolio (MoP). The permanent portfolio then aligned some existing projects to the portfolio and subsequently launched a number of programs and projects. Governance across the projects, programs and portfolio was developed and reporting into the enterprise for strategy alignment, investment management and planning was achieved.
