This Western Australian Government agency planned to outsource its ICT to the marketplace. Our Gate 3 review included identifying areas of risk and improvement in process and commercials. This wasn’t the first program to attempt to use a procurement framework without a project framework to procure hundreds of millions of dollars of services. All review recommendations were accepted by the program and the trajectory changed to include improved governance and decision making.
