QVC was engaged to review a very large ICT infrastructure program in NSW Government. This was highly complex to agree with the key stakeholders across the agency with the approach shifting to infrastructure_as_a_service rather than procurement of infrastructure assets. This was a ‘Gate 0’ requiring strategic assessment and thinking. QVC recommended a change to the technical approach to enable the marketplace to better respond to the program, which was accepted. The CEO commended QVC for excellent leadership in this review.
