Christchurch, NZ experienced a terrible tragedies in 2010 and 2011 when two earthquakes changed the city forever. The recovery efforts were amazing and QVC was pleased to be involved in reviewing the recovery efforts through the recovery program’s assurance. QVC recommended changes to governance and structure that were necessary to move from disaster management mode to less intensive and more proactive management.
