The Student Management System was a large and complex implementation conduct by major ICT suppliers for NSW Government. The program had 350 staff at one time and was front page news. Our assurance reviews were politically sensitive and carefully conducted to ensure the program delivered successfully. Escalations were necessary within government and within the international supplier to resolve contractual disputes.
